Flair Contracting, located at 3701 E 45Th St Minneapolis, MN, 55406 is a fountain engineering/ design build company that has been in business since the 1950’s. The founder, Walt Gustafson; who was a plumber by trade, a graduate of the University of Minnesota Engineering Department, and a graduate of the Harvard School of Fountain Design, integrated design concepts with plumbing theory creating simplified, efficient and beautiful fountains. Walt guided the company through the initial trial stages of fountain design all the way to the well-rounded complete company we now are today. Since Walt’s tenure Flair has continued to grow in both the projects we engage in and the size of our company.
